By accessing or using QuantumFlow's services, including the QChat mobile application and the QuantumFlow API platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

QuantumFlow provides:

• QuantumFlow API: Quantum computing services including compression, optimization, and machine learning algorithms
• QChat: A quantum-secure messaging application for mobile devices
• Integrations: Tools for LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and MCP

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities
• Resell access to our services without authorization

5. QChat Specific Terms

• QChat is for lawful communication purposes only
• You are responsible for the content of messages you send
• We cannot recover encrypted messages - you are responsible for backing up important data
• Eavesdropping detection alerts are provided as-is and should not be solely relied upon for security-critical applications

6. API Usage & Rate Limits

• Free tier: 1,000 API calls per month
• Pro tier: 50,000 API calls per month
• Enterprise: Custom limits
• Exceeding limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension
• API keys are confidential and should not be shared

7. Payment Terms

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Intellectual Property

QuantumFlow, QChat, and associated logos are trademarks of QuantumFlow. Our quantum algorithms, including those described in our research papers, are proprietary technology.

You retain ownership of any data you process through our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we implement quantum-secure protocols, we do not guarantee absolute security against all possible attack vectors.

10. Limitation of Liability

QuantumFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
